Califa Consulting LLC and The Universal Family Network NGO have joined forces to bring forth a Pan African wellness retreat based in Ghana, West Africa.
This offering is intentionally designed for individuals that have a desire to connect with Mother Africa, through cultural excursions, wellness practices, historic sites, community festivities and healthy and delicious foods.
Throughout the course of the retreat participants will have the opportunity to spend time in a traditional village, experience local markets, and learn to eat, speak, dress and move throughout the country as the locals.
Each day of the retreat participants will engage in a wellness practice; meditation, energy healing, yoga, sound therapy, fitness or a hike to a beautiful place in nature. Collectively we will connect, learn and heal as family, returning home.
