Ms. Victoria “Victorious” Eley is a wholistic educator, trans-national movement builder and founder of Califa Consulting. Los Angeles born, California raised Victoria emancipated as a foster child from the State of California on her 18th birthday. The day after her high school graduation, Victoria began studying at California State University, Fullerton, where she earned a B.A. in Ethnic Studies and a B.S. in Child & Adolescent Development. As a student at CSU Fullerton, Victoria studied, taught and conducted research in Ghana, West Africa, at the University of Ghana, Legon. Upon completing her undergraduate education, Ms. Eley moved to the San Francisco Bay Area in the summer of 2009, where she attended MILLS College, earning both her California Teaching Credential and Masters Degree in Education, with an emphasis on Curriculum and Instruction.
In addition to her academic pursuits, Ms. Eley has also completed various wholistic health and wellness certifications:
